Social Media Officer

Job summary:

We are looking for a qualified Social Media Specialist to play a vital role in the continuous growth of the

social media ecosystem for our agency with guidance and support from the strategic and creative

team. The social media specialist will also be responsible for developing, communicating, and reporting on insights

gathered from brand communities.

Duties

Execute social media marketing strategy through accurate audience research.

Generate, edit publish and share daily content.

Setting up and optimizing company pages for increasing the visibility of social content

Collecting and analyzing appropriate social metrics/data, best practices, and insights

Creating and curating content, including graphics, photos, videos, and copy

Managing social media accounts and responding to comments and messages.

Measuring and analyzing social media performance metrics, such as engagement rate, reach, and impressions, and reporting on the results.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to

ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels.

Requirements:

- Atleast 2 years of experience working in social media, and has developed a high level of

expertise in the field.

- Writing skills.

- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, English, Marketing, or Communications
