Corporate finance associate partner

Meraki Talent is currently working with a highly regarded global accountancy firm who are looking to hire an experienced Corporate Finance associate partner. This firm is currently going through a period of expansion and is looking to add expertise to its team. This is an English-speaking role.

Based in Bahrain, this role will be working within the Deals team on a wide range of corporate finance projects (Valuation, M&A, equity/debt raising, M&A, IPO advisory) and transactions (due diligence) along with assisting with business development opportunities. 

Requirements:

Several years of experience in Deals/ Corporate Finance with at least 2 years experience in delivering engagements independently with signing rights

Financial analytical and modelling skills

Ability to execute project plans, manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and manage engagement budgets.
