Outdoor Sales Promotor
Summary:
Ideal candidates must work as ambassadors and are responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers based on their assigned projects. They must build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential sales.
Responsibilities:
Meet prospects and customers to introduce Motor Insurance products to them
Conduct face-to-face meetings with all walk-in customers on a daily basis
Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts, KYC forms, quotations, and motor policies
Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them
Sell and cross-sell motor insurance and other applicable insurance products respectively to customers within the assigned project
Monitor and understand a customer's specific needs
Work closely with the marketing department to help build the brand (optional)
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should:
Be a Bahraini National
Have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, communications, and/or any equivalent education that demonstrates expertise in customer engagement
Preferably have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Motor Insurance sales.
Proficiency in Arabic is a must.
Have a high comfort level in initiating conversations to fulfill their sales duties daily.
Be self-starters and proactive problem solvers, since not every day is the same and the workplace setting constantly changes.
