Outdoor Sales Executive (Ladies Salons and Cosmetics)

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Outdoor Sales Executive (Ladies Salons and Cosmetics) located in Manama. The Outdoor Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with ladies salons and cosmetic stores, promoting and selling company products, generating new leads, and achieving sales targets by visiting them on a daily basis. The Outdoor Sales Executive will also need to identify and understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and keep updated with industry trends and competitors.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in outdoor sales, preferably in ladies salons and cosmetics
2. Meet and exceed sales targets
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
4. Strong negotiating and convincing skills, ability to achieve sales targets and generate leads
5. Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and keep updated with industry trends and competitors
6. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
8. 2-5 years sales experience (cosmetics and FMCG preferred with salon and spa customer base)
9. Valid Bahraini Driver's License (Preferably with own car)

8. خبرة في المبيعات من 2 إلى 5 سنوات (يفضل مستحضرات التجميل والسلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة مع قاعدة عملاء الصالون والمنتجع الصحي)
9. رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية المفعول (يفضل مع سيارة خاصة)
