Position: Part-time Accountant
We are hiring a part-time Accountant with experience in the construction industry to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for accounting duties and procurement of construction materials, as
well as plumbing, sewage, electrical installations, and obtaining pricing from local vendors for villa finishing works.
Requirements:
- Previous work experience in accounting and procurement within the construction sector.
- Proficiency in handling accounting responsibilities and managing financial transactions.
- Knowledge of sourcing construction materials and obtaining competitive pricing.
- Familiarity with plumbing, sewage, and electrical installations.
- Ability to negotiate and obtain pricing from local vendors.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
