Assistant Restaurant Manager
We are looking for a strong leader to help run our successful restaurant and provide the exceptional customer service we’re known for.
Duties:
1- Manage employees, including hiring and training
2- Address performance issues quickly and respectfully by coaching, counseling, and managing conflicts
3- Prepare shift schedules
4- Possess extensive food and beverage knowledge
5- Assist the Line Manager to manage ordering and obtaining supplies
6- Assist the Line Manager in managing front-of-house duties including taking and making reservations, taking and serving orders, clearing and preparing tables, preparing the bill, and taking payment
Requirements and skills
1- Work experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
2- Ability to work under pressure
3- Project management skills.
4- Leadership with the ability to drive and develop a team
