Job duties
1- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
2- Bake mixed doughs and batters
3- Frost and decorate cakes or other baked goods
4- Ensure the quality of products meets established standards
5- Draw up a production schedule to determine the type and quantity of goods to produce
Job Skills & Qualifications
1- Plus two years of experience as a baker
2- Excellent interpersonal skills
3- Demonstrated cake decorating expertise
