QUANTITY SURVEYOR [ JOINERY FIT-OUT]
Competency requirements:
Education: Degree/ Diploma in Engineering (Civil/ Mechanical),
Sound knowledge of Computer with advanced designing software
Work Experience: 5+ Years’ experience in Same Field.
Knowledge/Skills: Should have knowledge of two and three dimensional drawings
Duties and responsibilities:
• Site visits along with the project engineers / supervisors for measurement and understand the requirement of the customers.
• Preparing Prequalification Documents.
• Preparing tender and contract documents, bills of quantities.
• Preparing and analyzing castings/ BOQ's
• Performing risk and value management and cost control.
• Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks.
• Experiencing in Joinery fit out / Furniture and available in Bahrain need to apply for the position.
