Malaeb is a leading sports application and software specializing in multiple aspects within the sports industry. Our focus is making a healthy lifestyle more accessible! As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition processes by developing new sourcing Partnerships, screening resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and assisting in on-boarding.
What you'll do 🔍
Craft effective sourcing strategies using diverse platforms, social media, and networking for top talent.
Conduct initial resume screenings in collaboration with our People & Culture Coordinator.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Support interviews by preparing materials, gathering feedback, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate candidate records on our in-house systems.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and assist in organizing recruitment events.
Collaborate closely with People & Culture and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
Contribute to various People & Culture projects.
Who you are 👨🏻💻
- Current Bachelor's or Master's student in HR, People Management or a related field is a plus
- Passionate about human resources and supporting teams
- Exceptional communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Fluent in recruitment platforms and talent resources
- Prior experience in recruitment services or talent acquisition is preferred but not required
- Prior startup experience is a plus
