Instant Homz WLL, a real estate firm in Bahrain, is expanding its team and seeking a dynamic professional to join us as a Real Estate Sales Manager cum Sales Agent. We specialize in delivering exceptional real estate solutions to our clients, and we are looking for an ambitious individual to contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to ensure the team's success.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide accurate and reliable information to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of real estate transactions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track individual and team progress based on the company’s KPI.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Review and approve all sales-related documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on suitable properties that match their requirements and budget.
- Conduct property viewings and tours, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property.
- Promote properties through various channels, including online listings, social media platforms, and networking events.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of client interactions, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Proven 2 years’ experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager in Bahrain, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent knowledge of the Bahraini real estate market, including current trends, pricing, and regulations.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate ideas.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using relevant software applications and online platforms utilized in the real estate industry.
- Proficiently use real estate databases and CRM software
- RERA certification is an advantage.
- Bahraini driving license is essential
