- A leading Developer & Property Management Company in The Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ Executive Housekeeper
- Train housekeepers on cleaning activities
- Oversee staff on a daily basis and briefing the staff for daily tasks
- Check apartments and common areas, including staircase and lounge areas, for cleanliness
- Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
- Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
- Respond to customer complaints and special requests
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock
- Participate in large cleaning projects as required
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
Requirements
- Work experience in a similar role especially in Hotel Industry (GCC Experience will be an added
- advantage)
- Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Excellent organizational and team management skills

- تدريب مدبرة المنزل على أنشطة التنظيف
- الإشراف على الموظفين بشكل يومي وإطلاع الموظفين على المهام اليومية
- تحقق من نظافة الشقق والمناطق المشتركة، بما في ذلك مناطق الدرج والصالة
- جدولة المناوبات وترتيب البدائل في حالات الغياب
- إنشاء وتثقيف الموظفين حول النظافة والترتيب ومعايير النظافة
- تحفيز أعضاء الفريق وحل أي مشاكل تحدث أثناء العمل
- الرد على شكاوى العملاء والطلبات الخاصة
- مراقبة وتجديد مخزون منتجات التنظيف
- المشاركة في مشاريع التنظيف الكبيرة كما هو مطلوب
- التأكد من الالتزام بسياسات السلامة والصرف الصحي في جميع المجالات
متطلبات
- خبرة العمل في دور مماثل خاصة في صناعة الفنادق (ستتم إضافة تجربة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي).
