Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Real Estate Development Manager to join our team
in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and executing
housing projects from inception to completion. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of
the development process, from land acquisition and feasibility studies to construction and marketing.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the development of housing projects from inception to completion
Develop and implement project plans and timelines
Manage and control project budgets
Oversee all aspects of the design and construction process
Negotiate contracts with contractors and vendors
Obtain and maintain all necessary permits and approvals
Manage and coordinate project teams
Market and sell housing units
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Construction Management, or a related field
10+ years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on housing projects
Proven track record of success in managing and executing projects on time and within budget
Strong understanding of construction principles and practices
Excellent project management skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Fluency in Arabic and English
Experience in Bahrain:
Experience in developing housing projects in Bahrain is essential.
Knowledge of the Bahrain real estate market and regulations.
Experience with the Bahraini construction process and contracting system

درجة البكالوريوس في التطوير العقاري، أو إدارة البناء، أو مجال ذي صلة
أكثر من 10 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال التطوير العقاري، مع التركيز على مشاريع الإسكان
سجل حافل من النجاح في إدارة وتنفيذ المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وفي حدود الميزانية
فهم قوي لمبادئ وممارسات البناء
مهارات ممتازة في إدارة المشاريع
مهارات التفاوض والتواصل القوية
الطلاقة في اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية
الخبرة في البحرين:
الخبرة في تطوير مشاريع الإسكان في البحرين أمر ضروري.
- المعرفة بسوق العقارات في البحرين ولوائحه.
- خبرة في عملية البناء ونظام المقاولات البحريني
