Sourcing of suppliers to support various engineering disciplines for bidding of projects.
Preparing of RFQ (Request for quotation) and sending it out to market including expediting for reply on the quotation
Manage effectively the procurement side in the project RFQ, commercial bid evaluation, PO award and
PO administration to the final delivery of goods and PO close out.
Provide support to project cost controls in procurement related activities for project POs
Follow up on supplier after contract award for delivery of materials and relevant documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Needs a Master ‘s / bachelor’s degree in, or a related field. Hands-on experience in procurement or a
related area like supply chain management is often necessary. Familiarity with manufacturing materials
and components and knowledge of industry regulations is crucial for success in this role.
Experience in similar procurement role-
5 years of experience in Buying/ Purchasing preferably in offshore & Onshore projects.
Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel, for financial modeling.
