 Restaurant Manager



Restaurant managers make sure their premises run smoothly and that customers are satisfied.


Typical duties include:

1- Recruiting, training and supervising staff.

2- Agreeing and managing budgets.

3- Creating staffing rotas.

4- Planning menus.

5- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.

6- Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.

Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
