HR Officer
One of the leading company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced HR Officer.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Ensure that all objectives mutually agreed upon and approved by the Management/ Head of Department are attained on time according to the Action Plan for the Year.
-Ensure that all rules and procedures are complied by all the departments as per Bahrain Labor law
-Solving Personnel/ HR related issues in the department/ company.
-To prepare offer letter for selected candidates as per instruction of the Management.
- Prepare payroll, ensure accuracy and timeliness of salary payout.
- Attend to employee’s benefits, compensation and employee relations/ grievance concerns and solve the same in a timely manner.
To ensure all formalities for terminated/resigned employees take place in time; i.e. exit interview, clearance form, cancellation of relevant documents etc.
-Preparing Leave & Final settlement
Requirement
• Fluent in English to a high level – able to listen and converse
• Minimum 5 Years of Experience
• Must be minimum a Graduate, MBA in HR stream is desirable
