Job Overview:
BLUE BLOCK IT SOLUTIONS CO. W.L.L. is looking for highly motivated and talented Graduate
Software Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a key member of the team, you will be
responsible for building innovative web applications and mobile applications using ReactJS and React
Native. The successful candidate should be familiar with agile development methodologies, possess
strong JavaScript skills, and have a passion for creating high-quality software solutions. Fluency in
English is required, and fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient web and mobile applications using ReactJS and React Native.
Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to deliver software solutions on time and with high quality.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, and React Native.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, etc.).
Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android).
Familiarity with databases and database design.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with automated testing and continuous integration.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

العمل في بيئة رشيقة، والمشاركة في التخطيط للسباق السريع، والوقوف اليومي، والاستعراضات بأثر رجعي لتقديم حلول برمجية في الوقت المحدد وبجودة عالية.
اكتب تعليمات برمجية نظيفة وقابلة للصيانة وفعالة، مع اتباع أفضل الممارسات ومعايير الترميز.
قم بإجراء مراجعات التعليمات البرمجية وتقديم تعليقات بناءة للأقران لضمان جودة التعليمات البرمجية.
ابق على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات وتقنيات الصناعة للمساهمة في التحسين المستمر لعمليات وأدوات التطوير.
تعاون مع مصممي UI/UX لتنفيذ واجهات مستخدم سريعة الاستجابة وجذابة بصريًا.
مؤهلات:
درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر، أو هندسة البرمجيات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
إتقان قوي لـ JavaScript وReactJS وReact Native.
الإلمام بمنهجيات التطوير الرشيقة والقدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني في بيئة الفريق.
مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتفكير النقدي.
طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية؛ إتقان اللغة العربية أمر مرغوب فيه للغاية.
تواصل قوي ومهارات تواصل مع الآخرين.
الرغبة في التعلم والتكيف مع التقنيات والأطر الجديدة.
المهارات والخبرة المرغوبة:
معرفة لغات البرمجة الأخرى (مثل Python وJava وما إلى ذلك).
خبرة في تطوير الأجهزة المحمولة الأصلية (iOS/Android).
الإلمام بقواعد البيانات وتصميم قواعد البيانات.
فهم واجهات برمجة تطبيقات RESTful وخدمات الويب.
معرفة أنظمة التحكم في الإصدار (مثل Git).
خبرة في الاختبار الآلي والتكامل المستمر.
القدرة على العمل في بيئة تعاونية سريعة الخطى.
