The Finance Systems team in the FinTech Business Unit provides technical expertise to the Finance department and is responsible for supporting and innovating SAP ERP / S4HANA solutions, SAP BI, Native HANA and many other connected external systems such as Ivalua, Conga or Blackline. We want to change the way people work with enterprise systems, by building an application platform that supports streamlining of business processes and empowers the financial community with better financial integrations and insights.
As an Ivalua Specialist, you will design and implement solutions for new funding initiatives, improving Ivalua daily, creating new functionality, and customizing or modifying existing ones to transform operations as they are.
What are you going to do?
Lead with PM: product roadmap ideas, validation, data preparation, etc.
Ivalua solution drives integration issues and improvements
POC with integration team
Responsible for technical alignment of the product and Morpheus - in relation to Ivalua environments, upgrade communications, product initiatives affecting the Morpheus branch etc.
L2/L3 BAU Support
Introducing BAU improvements and critical bug support
Support for support audit inquiries for both Ivalua ITGC and Business Controls -> Ivalua ITGC Control Owner
Design, configure and deliver new features as per product roadmap
Perform peer reviews of Ivalua changes
What you will bring
1 Ivalua Functional Specialist must have at least 3-5 years of Ivalua experience including configuring solutions and working on SQL. Ivalua L3 certification integration (API, EAI, ETL) for P2P solution. Must have at least 1 full cycle of Ivalua implementation experience (P2P with integrations preferably on SAP). Experience maintaining an Ivalua Buyer live solution with business integration. Ivalua integration experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S4 is an advantage. Experience working with Mulessoft is a plus.
2 Experience with various integration solutions such as SFTP, FTPS, AS2, APIs, SOAP, REST, Web Services, CSV, XML, CXML, EDI, and JSON. Experience with procurement related integration is an advantage
3 Ability to have a good understanding of detail and manage multiple priorities in a fast turnaround environment. Functional knowledge of sourcing, contracting, SRM, purchasing and/or billing. Experience with SAP MM and SAP Vendor Invoice Management is an advantage. Proficient in gathering business requirements and translating requirements to technical advisors.
4 Hands-on experience preparing functional and technical specifications and conducting tests including UAT. Strategic thinking, ability to balance medium term goals and short term tactics and objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills in English, verbal and written, structured, flexible, proactive and results oriented. Experience leading a team and being a technical mentor is an advantage.
