GSM Technician (Division: Samsung Customer Care Center)

JOB OVERVIEW:

Carry out Quality maintenance and repair jobs as instructed in the Service Job Card conduct preliminary inspection after finalizing the job.

EXPERIENCE:

◆ Minimum experience of 2-3 year(s) in similar positions.

QUALIFICATION:

◆ Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics or relate fields; B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering is preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

◆ Excellent knowledge in GSM & Telecommunication products.

Knowledge in Principals' repair & Warranty policies, Service manuals, etc.

Capable of working under pressure. organized especially during emergency cases.

Knowledge in CCC Computerized System.

Excellent Communication skills.

Handle Customers' property with care.

Computer skills
