what are you looking for
Contentstack is looking for a Solution Architect (After Sales) with solid frontend development experience. The Solution Architect will work with our clients who work in multiple departments within their company, including Visual Designers/Web Designers and Content Producers to create compelling digital experiences using Contentstack. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful developer who listens well, doesn't take themselves too seriously, and brings out the best in others. Here's what you'll do:
Provide after sales guidance to new and existing customers.
Actively participate in customer meetings and presentations with Customer Success Managers to define technical requirements.
Articulating and demonstrating solutions, influencing client technical requirements and architectural decisions.

Assist clients in designing and defining project plans throughout the deployment process.
Travel, as needed, to customer and partner sites to lead and/or participate in supporting product workshops.
Maintain an in-depth level of technical and industry knowledge.
Work with implementation partners throughout the customer deployment process, and assist with documentation for successful scope and scale of customer interactions, which will include a range of Contentstack, partner technologies, and partner services.

The ability to facilitate communication and mediation between different parts of the client's organization. Translate between commercial and technical discussions.
Comfortable with SaaS enterprise sales processes and tools.

Here are some details:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science or equivalent four-year undergraduate technical degree.
3 years of experience in web and/or application development as a front-end, back-end or full stack developer.
Preferably 2+ years of experience as a technical advisor specializing in client or partner facing roles.
Coding experience with at least 3 of the following technologies Node.js, Angular.js, React.js, Java, Javascript, .NET, Python or PHP
Background with MS Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform
Multilingual capabilities, French preference
Some travel may be required
