We're looking for "Senior Accountant" for our Bahrain Branch.

Qualifications
The candidate should be able to handle accounts independently through till finalization of financial statements.
Multi-tasking abilities to handle various responsibilities directly and indirectly related to accounting, cost control, bank reconciliation, petty cash, liaising with internal teams when required.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

Bachelors Degree in Finance and Accounting with minimum 2 year experience in Logistic & Cargo industry UAE.
VAT Compliance
Advance Skills in Microsoft Offices especially excel.
Sound Knowledge in QuickBooks and ERP.
Excellent command over verbal and written English communication skills.
Extremely organized with strong multi-tasking and management skills.
Responsibilities
Perform day to day accounting
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Entering expenses and payments in the accounting systems (Intuit QuickBooks)
Good at big data/volume of transaction.
Reconciles general and subsidiary bank accounts.
Updating accounts receivables and payables and perform reconciliations.
Candidate must have experience Cargo & Logistics industry background.
Knowledge of excellent QuickBooks is a must.
