1. Job Purpose
To operate and maintain surveillance equipment to ensure the physical and property safety of all visitors and employees at Racing Force International – Bahrain.
2. Primary Duties Performed
1. Receive information from Department heads and supervisors to ensure smooth operations by taking handover of all incidents occurred, if any.
2. Ensure the safety and security of visitors and employees by monitoring live and recorded video surveillance footage and report incidents or suspicious behaviors to authorities when required.
3. Respond to emergencies, fire alarms and telephone calls from departments in a timely manner and take necessary actions to enhance protection.
4. Assist Management, colleagues and guests in every way that is consistent with the protection and prevention objectives by patrolling the premises and ensure that everything is running smoothly without damage.
5. Monitor the external area of Racing Force International – Bahrain to ensure protection of the unauthorized entry and exit points.
6. Control and maintain RFI’s standards and procedures safety.
7. Implement food safety procedures and guidelines.
8. Handle emergency situations in the Company in an efficient manner.
9. Maintain records of accidents accurately and make notes for unusual occurrences and submit monthly reports on health and safety.
10. Report accidents to the Manager – Administration with accurate and detailed description of reasons and consequences and suggest solutions.
11. Perform work in a safe manner and in compliance with both internal policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines.
12. Perform assignments and/or duties that relate to the field of competence as may be directed from time to time by the Manager – Administration.
3. Qualifications and Experience Required
· Graduate + 3 years experience as HSE in Manufacturing industry
· National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety required.
· Able to communicate in written and spoken English.
· Should be conversant with Microsoft office products such as MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and other RFI related systems.
· Able to pay close attention to detail.
· Tact, persuasion, and negotiation skills while dealing with staff.
· Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure.
· Problem solving/decision making abilities.
