Responsibilities & Duties:
Contributes to the NGN’s annual operating plan including courses, marketing strategies, budgeting and annual calendars and activities
Evaluates NGN’s courses and programs
Overlooking the day to day operations of NGN institute
Identifies eligible trainers for the programs offered by the training center
Analyzes and identifies market needs for potential trainees in target markets and sectors, and design overall programme portfolios to meet market requirements
Keeps up-to-date on developments and innovations within the training field and the target Technology and IT and related sectors, in relation to courses being offered to remain current and relevant; which leads to creation of additional courses
Creates annual calendar by leading planning process for NGN’s annual plan and ensures its implementation through-out the year
Work closely with the Marketing Department to ensure proper promotion of NGN and represents it
Work closely with the Quality Assurance Officer to ensure BQAA and all other licensing requirements are met and maintained.
