Roles & Responsibilities
1. Should have a total of at least min 8+ years IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience on Bahrain payroll
2. Oracle cloud HCM expert and will be assigned to implementation/support projects where your domain experience will be use.
3. Shape solutions within Oracle Cloud based on key client requirements following Agile methodology.
4. Design, and build/configuration of complex requirements in Oracle HCM Cloud
5. Conduct design workshops and create workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
6. Work with technical streams and provide guidance on integrations, conversions and reports.
7. Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.
8. Co-ordinate between client and offshore team.
9. Hands-on experience in writing custom Fast formulas for Payroll
Product Skills
10. Experience in client facing and working with multiple stakeholders/Business Teams (HR) teams
11. Ability to do requirement gathering and mapping of the requirements with the Cloud product
12. Should have done end to end configuration of Payroll module for Bahrain Legislations.
13. Must be expert in module-based Fast Formulas in Payroll and Absence.
14. Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing including integration testing
15. Experience in user acceptance testing support and post Go live support activities
16. Understand the business requirements and interpret them to appropriate configurations on Oracle HCM Cloud
