Operations Manager- Bahrain

Tasks And Responsibilities
Oversee compliance of all associates with established Company policies, procedures, and standards, such as safekeeping of Company funds and property, personnel practices, security, inventory management, sales and record-keeping procedures.
Train, coach, and manage all associates in execution of operations tasks, i.e POS procedures, return procedures, alteration requests, safety and security procedures, etc.

Key Responsibilities
SALES AND PERFORMANCE
To convert clients entering the boutique with a personalized welcome, identifying their expectations and by advising them on all product categories.
To achieve sales targets (of the boutique and allocated department) through effective use of selling techniques, building clientele and product knowledge contributing to the global team performance.
To demonstrate effective teamwork and leadership skills within the boutique and to assist in the coaching/training of sales teams on departmental collection trainings.
To monitor and communicate through regular reporting fast/slow moving items, client preferences, seasonal demands and other relevant information to management.

Manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
