OPEN POSITION:
Ground Service Coordinator
Industry/Domain:
Aviation, flight and operations training.
Educational background & experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a technical field is required
• 2 years of experience in Aviation Industry. • Fluent in English & Arabic.
Role responsibilities:
Day to day functioning of the commercial & ground training department.
• Create, maintain and update customer training files, and instructor training records.
• Communicate with clients and internal departments to handle any customer enquiries.
Assist in the coordination of meetings and presentation sessions.
Liase with Planning and Facilities to ensure trainings are conducted as per schedules and instructors are provided with the relevant training materials.
• Keep the training database up to date.
• Possess complate knowledge of all the training programs provided by GAA
• Act as a point of contact for any customer enquiries relating to commercial, ground training or
management training programs and direct these to the relevant managers.
• Any other duties as directed by the Commercial & Ground Training Manager.
