Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced MENA Business Development Director to join our growing FinTech client. As the MENA Business Development Director, you will be responsible for designing and developing a strategy for cross-border payment cooperation with financial institutions. You will also design and optimize channel cooperation and operation practices, including banking, third-party payment institutions, and card organizations, while maintaining good relations with external partners. You will need to be agile in marketing trends and guide smart business development based on business requirements. You will also bridge the company and channel partners to perceive channel operation model and trend, leveraging management ability for channel partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years working experience, and at least 5 years of experience in team management
Strong understanding of overseas policy and market practice for e-payment and financial institutions
Good knowledge of local financial policies
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to maintain partnerships with overseas channels and boost overall channel business management skills
Ability to set up project teams quickly across the organization to achieve targets
Passion for fast-growing business with good ownership, and the ability to deliver under pressure in a multicultural organization.
Must be a Bahraini National with experince in financial service, banking or fintech industry.
