About the role:
This role will be responsible to manage Port Services operations and port sales development, continuously driving service quality and effectiveness. Actively manage resources and processes related to the Agency services provided by WPS within designated ports.
The Ships Agency Territory Manager reports to the Ships Agency Vice President Africa, Middle East & Indian Subcontinent and works closely together with other Ships Agency Managers, Sales Managers and Port Services Operations/QHSSE Directors and Managers.

Main Responsibilities
Co-ordinate all operational/Documentation work for Import/Export for the forwarding division which includes but not limited to Loosen Container Load (LCL), Full Container Load (FCL), Breakbulk and Roll on Roll off (RORO) shipments exports & Imports, customs manifestation in OFAQ system.
Co-ordinate with Principals, customers to get manifest/documents, status updates for all import shipments.
Customs Manifest registration for Loose Container Load (LCL), Full Container Load (FCL), Breakbulk and Roll on Roll off (RORO) shipments. Preparing delivery orders, invoices (for exports & imports) and import arrival notices for import shipments.
Act as sales coordinator for supporting all sales related activities including but not limited to Securing rates from agents, quoting rates to customers and follow up.
Attend all queries of the customers.
Follow up with consignees who have not taken delivery of cargo, on weekly basis.
Co-ordinate with Principals/Port regarding Documentation process for Ro-Ro, Semi- Liners, Break Bulk vessels when asked for or during absence of Supervisor.
Any other responsibilities that maybe required to perform as per management requirement.
