Position Overview:
· Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC), a tertiary referral (742 bed hospital)l joint venture between Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA), the largest health care network in the United Arab Emirates) and Mayo Clinic, is seeking a Consultant cardiologist with at least 5 years’ experience in non-invasive cardiovascular (Nuclear) after completion of training including level 3 training in at least two imaging modalities.
· The Consultant Physician is responsible for leading and supervising the delivery of high quality evidence-based care.
· Directs the clinical aspects of the section operations in line with clinical service need, best practice and current guidelines.
· Recommend service expansion or enhancement in line with the department and hospital mission

We are actively looking for a Consultant Burns Surgeon Tier 1
Education :
Qualification from Tier 1 ONLY
- MBBS or MBBCh or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution And
- Completion of specialty qualification as per the “Recognized Specialty Certificate” from Tier 1 country.
Experience Required:
-Two (2) years of experience after obtaining main specialty qualification OR
-One (1) year of experience after obtaining sub-specialty qualification
Managerial:
- Supports, implements, and follows all hospital, departmental and divisional initiatives, policies and procedures Helps lead and implement the organization’s performance management system, including peer review and the productivity and utilization review processes.
-Assists with scheduling and supports the Division Chief in ensuring that adequate medical coverage is provided within the Division at all times
-Attends Divisional meetings as required Assists the Division Chief in the recruitment of new medical staff when appropriate
-Assumes other administrative or clinical duties as requested by the Division Chief
