Qualifications
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
Strong communication skills
Ideal Candidate
Have strong knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, mortgage rates, fees, service charges, competitors,..etc.
Ability to attend transfer meetings to close out transactions
Leverage your clientele, achieve monthly sales/lease targets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability
Organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer experience
Valid UAE Driving license
Based in UAE

Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
