• Maintain storage conditions in terms of temp and cleanliness and follow international regulations.
• Maintain accurate stock of control medications and their records.
• Root cause analysis of problems and finding permanent solutions.
• Deliver goods to customers maintaining accurate temperature.
• Managing work schedule and productivity of labors like pick up staff, drivers, delivery boys etc.
• Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff to maintain high productivity even when employees are absent.
• To be proficient in the operating system SAP
• To implement NHRA regulations efficiently Eg. Bar coding
• Analyze and interpret new trends to facilitate planning.
• Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development.
• Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues
• Tour the warehouse floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers to identify or resolve urgent issues.
• Maintain awareness of market trends in the industry, implement initiatives for continuous improvement in performance and SOPs ,and monitoring what local competitors are doing
• Initiate changes to improve efficiency and productivity, e.g. revising working hours to ensure high performance and compete effectively in the local market
