Carrying out studies of the needs of population areas in the field of real estate development and setting perceptions and has knowledge in analyzing financial statements.
Experience in retail store management or exposure to property management to estimate customer requirements, property development life cycle (at least sequencing from land identification, acquisition, planning concepts, then financial analysis of alternatives according to alternative concepts and modeling and presentation).
Experience: At least 12 years in the same field.
