Clinical Application Specialist, Fluoptics - Dubai, UAE
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide pre and post-sales support: product demonstration, training and teaching materials that cater to a different groups of users (e.g. nurses, surgeons and biomedical engineering)
Provide clinical support to the existing installed base (on-site troubleshooting, training and point of contact for any related clinical enquiries)
Plan and organize device trials in the hospitals
Support tender participation and presentation
Maintain strong collaboration with the commercial team
Develop and maintain Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the respective speciality area
Manage conference participation and product exhibitions.
Organize regular customer educational events such as webinars and workshops.
Attend to support calls or on-site troubleshooting
Strong interpersonal skills, initiative and a positive attitude
Frequent travel required (~50%).
