What Will The Role Look Like
With the direct reporting line to Sr Maintenance & Engineering Manager, this position will be in charge of a well-organized Automation and Electrical maintenance team and will be responsible to deliver the Automation and Electrical maintenance needs of the dairy. This position will be directly responsible to implement the best in class maintenance procedures, developing the team capabilities, ensure timely correction of abnormalities and execution of the site progressive maintenance program to maintain the highest reliability of the production lines and process.
