POSITION OBJECTIVE
The position is responsible to oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of specific project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables.
Responsible for effective Design Management, Vendor Management, Government Approvals, Construction Management and Handling over to the Maintenance and Operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Excellence
Timely completion of allocated tasks.
Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
Oversee all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
Meet contractual conditions and performance.
Review the work progress on daily basis.

POSITION OBJECTIVE
The position is responsible in ensuring that all new employees are appraised during their first five months of probation (self-appraisals, reporting managers assessment endorsement on Appraisal form).
The position is responsible to ensure Job Scorecards are prepared and dispersed.
The position is responsible to provide assistance in induction of new joiners.
The position is responsible for follow up calls/e-mails to new joiners and implementation of a Buddy Program.

Job Description
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Achieve company objectives, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided by retail staff and ensure they have the skills and support required for maximizing sales
Implement operating procedures at the store as per the company and Brand standards
Promote the Loyalty Program of the company for maximizing loyalty and repeat sales
Provide feedback to the Area Manager and Operations Manager with regards to employees and products

Greet the customers and assist them in selecting the right product.
Convert the window shoppers to ultimate buyers.
