 Corporate Sales Account Manager

About the job


Required for a Telecom Services company, Sales Account Manager (B to B/Enterprise Sales) with Experience of selling communication, Security/Firewall, Cloud services, network applications, In-Building communications solutions & services. The responsibilities of Sales Account Manager includes :


a) Acquiring/signing New corporate Accounts and following up with these to ensure sustained revenue and maximize revenue increase where possible

b) Account management of the existing and new customers with adequate follow-up to promote affinity to company services and resolve any customer issues and take constant feedback, attending to customer calls as needed

c) Presenting proposal to customer, maintaining and developing relationships existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;

d) Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;

f) Work with multiple internal teams in the company to create new accounts / adds / moves / changes / closures for customers

g) Work with Product development team in conceptualizing new products and services and managing the launch of any such products and services

h) Provide sales and pipeline reports on a daily/weekly/adhoc basis in the agreed format.

i) Assist in development and revamping of Postpaid business process and interacting with external agencies, auditors as required

J) Followup with customers for outstanding dues along with collector and Office Manager

K) Perform customer feedback regularly for existing and new customers


Requirements:


a) Experience of selling communications (Broadband & Voice), Cyber Security/Firewall, Cloud services, network applications, In-Building communications solutions & services

b) Excellent presentation skills and passion to sell

c) Must have valid passport and driving license and willingness to visit customers frequently

d) Good Command over English, Arabic is an advantage, presentable (fluent in speaking and writing)

e) Graduate in technical or Sales field

f) Minimum 3 years experience selling (B to B/Enterprise Sales) Telecom services/Cloud/In-Building Communication solutions/Security etc.
