Investment Specialist
The candidate must independently be able to:
Manage and maintain the company's corporate communication (internal and external) on all available channels
Communicate with, develop and maintain good working relations with the media and agencies
Assist in preparing documents such as annual reports, corporate profiles, etc.
Writing and editing press releases, newsletters, speeches, articles, leaflets, brochures, etc.
Oversee production of visual and audio marketing and communications materials
Event Management; i.e. organizing and coordinating events such as press conferences, exhibitions, activities, visits, functions, sponsorship, annual general meetings, gathering, etc.

Maintain management calendar, and coordinate meetings and conferences
Setup management and visitors meetings, trips and events arrangements
Handle correspondence and other secretarial works of Management Executives
Provide administrative support to the management including general clerical, receptionist and project based work
Prepare and generate correspondence, reports, presentations and materials for publications and presentations
