Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Lead to join their team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative product strategies across the company's portfolio companies, with a focus on driving growth and maximizing value for stakeholders.
Previous experience on mentoring and helping with early stage start-ups is a must for this position.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with portfolio companies to develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall vision and objectives
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product development and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product offerings
Develop and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets
Provide leadership and mentorship to product teams across the company's portfolio companies
Work closely with investment teams to evaluate potential investment opportunities and provide input on product strategy and execution
