We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join the pre-opening of an Italian restaurant in Bahrain. As the Sous Chef, you will work alongside the Senior Sous Chef and Executive Chef to oversee the kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
•Train and develop kitchen staff, setting goals and objectives for them to achieve.
•Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in accordance with company standards and policies.
•Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in Italian cuisine.
•Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
