We are hiring for a role of Digital Marketing Manager who is motivated to elevate Kalaam telecom’s online presence and create a cohesive & seamless experience to our customers. The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining Kalaam Group's online presence, monitoring brand performance, and working on various campaigns to generate more and sales and conversions.
The role includes planning, developing, implementing, managing, and tracking the overall marketing strategy while optimizing brand outreach and digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing end-to-end consumer experience in different digital channels, reviewing brand messages regularly, supporting databases for the group to integrate with the current market tools, working with cross functional stakeholders, and increasing engagement and authentication of channels.
The role involves measuring and reporting analytics of overall performance quarter by quarter, identifying trends, insights, and learnings, and optimizing for spend and performance.
