Your Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's technology strategy, in close collaboration with the executive team
Manage all aspects of technology development and operations, including software development, infrastructure management, and data analytics
Lead a team of talented engineers and developers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship as needed
Work closely with the product and marketing teams to build cutting-edge solutions that meet the needs of our customers and enable us to stay ahead of our competition
Develop and manage budgets and resource allocation for technology development and operations
Ensure that our technology infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable, and that it meets the needs of our growing business
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations to the executive team on how to leverage these trends to improve our products and services
