Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)
Take guest orders and describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting and vivid descriptions of each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods
Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen and bar using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; coordinate food and beverage timings
Check completed kitchen orders with the guest’s original order and transport items to the guest table or lounge chair in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality

Repair and proper diagnosis of ice machines and coffee machines.
Operate and provide proper diagnosis of steam and HW boilers.
Repair and proper diagnosis of press and ironer equipment.
Repair and proper diagnosis of dry clean machine.
Repair and proper diagnosis of flat iron and folder.
Repair and proper diagnosis of Dryers and washing machines.
Repair and proper diagnosis of steam traps.
Daily repair and maintenance together with any other modification could be required for kitchen and laundry equipment.

Report any signs of defects in kitchen equipment to shift supervisor / engineer or maintenance manager.
Responsible for carrying out work as planned, preventive maintenance schedule as directed by shift supervisor / engineer or maintenance manager.
Responsible for the repair and maintenance of all kitchen apparatus, appliances and equipment
Responsible for the repair and maintenance of all association pipework for all services.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions; install, replace or repair damaged equipment; calibrate thermostatic controls.
Adjust and maintain internal electrical and electronic control systems; clean heaters and blowers and check burners.

Job Summary
Being professional with excellent phone skills, ability to multitask, problem solving and have a passion for service and hospitality along with a pleasant voice and a positive attitude to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies, ability to understand and have full knowledge of Hotel Information.
Ability to use all systems and comfortable with all applications (Golden, Chat, Hotsos or any new application as needed) as well as communicating over the telephone.
To positively accept any changes within the department and scheduling’s needs in light of business demands.
Responds swiftly and effectively in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
Ability to be a team player, work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and superior
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking in English. Arabic is a plus,
