About the job
Main Objective
Overall responsibility for managing & directing the new project “ERP”.
Main Duties
o Responsible for managing the progress of the ERP project.
o Facilitate the implementation of SAP Solutions to enhance BAS’s business functionality and overall performance.
o Lead the business analysis process and provide product and implementation expertise to the team on how best to implement and use the system, identify scope gaps, and advise on workaround solutions when applicable.
o Lead functional discussions with the stakeholders and the implementer to ensure end-to-end solutions optimization.
o Ensures the application and system requirements are identified, analyzed, and documented.
o Optimize business processes and help to adopt best practices.
o Manage and control detailed project planning activities ensuring smooth execution of the project plan.
o Communicate on project progress to the steering committee and stakeholders.
o Facilitate quality control reviews and governance across different teams.
o Conduct a discovery meeting with BAS and the implementer by identifying the current process and future state needs.
o Manage BAS challenges and escalations in a proactive and structured manner.
o Comply with the Company and Airport authorities’ health, safety, and security regulations.
