What You Can Expect
The Senior Business Analyst plays a lead role in designing and mapping IT solutions, and ensuring that they are scalable and available. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for gathering detailed requirements to implement these solutions, taking into consideration future goals of the Finance functions
and the overall IT strategy and IT mission. In addition, the Senior Business Analyst provides ongoing 2nd level support for the application(s) within his/her area of responsibility.
The Senior Business Analyst works closely with (key-) users, data owners and management to understand, clarify, and fulfil Finance function requirements and improve business processes. The Senior Business Analyst must have an understanding of the overall direction and requirements of Zimmer Biomet’s Finance
processes. As many implementations and changes to existing processes are managed as projects, the Senior Business Analyst will be expected to lead small to medium sized projects (including having responsibility for budget and resources) and work with external vendors (e.g., consultants)
