VAM Systems is currently looking for Production Support Engineer(Offshore assignment) for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets and terms & conditions:
Professional Certifications
Candidate from Computer Programming background
Certifications related to Data & Analytics would be an added advantage
Skillset:
5+ years SQL programming experience with expertise in Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases.
Experience in production platform support/management and troubleshoot incidents (3+ years).
3+ years of scripting (Shell/Bash).
5+ years of experience with Power BI reports, visualization dashboards and data exploration.
Experience of using monitoring and scheduling tools such as Control-M, and/or Autosys.
4+ years of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Programming experience.
Experience in Data Standards and Procedures, ETL/ETT/ETM Tools and Process, Data Mining, Data Collection, Data Warehousing, Data Marts
DLP Monitoring Analyst
Experience
1 - 3 years Years of Experience
Experience working as DLP Analyst
Understanding of Policies on the DLP platform
Experience in DLP incidents analysis and investigation
knowledge in creating process documentation
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
Banking experience is prefered
Responsibilities
Maintaining DLP technology, configuring policies, and compiling reports for analytics.
Working with vendors to implement and support DLP technology, including troubleshooting and upgrading.
Serving as a DLP subject matter expert within the organization.
Collaborating on the DLP rule development lifecycle including policy development, response rules, and maintenance.
Policy development, tuning and technical support.
Monitoring and responding to alerts generated from DLP systems and other technologies.
Working with the Incident Response team to escalate and respond to potential or real threats.
Resolve incidents based on mutually agreed upon SLA, severity, and priority.
Administer McAfee: Exact Data Match, Data-at-rest scanning and Mvision email security DLP.
Able to test and replicate issues to determine the cause of the problems.
Support, patch, and upgrade of DLP infrastructure.
Assist in the operational and performance issues related to DLP infrastructure and applications.
Provide recommendations and implement changes to optimize DLP products.
Background experience with - DLP Support infrastructure integration (AIP, SIEM, etc.)
Maintain Issue and Incident Knowledgebase.
Support and contribute to process improvement initiatives for DLP platforms.
