1. Job Summary
1.1 As a Front End Web Developer, your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing those following well-known Angular workflows.
1.2 You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.
1.3 You will collaborate on the overall design, creating prototypes to explore and demonstrate nuanced interaction patterns; which will influence or be the frameworks used for front-end applications.
1.4 You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.
2. Roles and Responsibilities
2.1 Serve as a developer owning the front-end / presentation-layer portions of projects
2.2 Utilize the latest industry trends to create engaging websites that adhere to accessibility, usability, and brand guidelines.
2.3 Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and web pages to communicate interaction and design ideas.
2.4 Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our front-end development and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
2.5 Code designs into interactive prototypes and production-ready websites, including mobile-friendly responsive design
2.6 Developing new user-facing features using Angular
2.7 Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
2.8 Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
2.9 Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
2.10 Optimizing components for responsive experiences on mobile and tablet devices
2.11 Optimize loading speeds and capacity for all digital designs.
2.12 Establish and report on web metrics; communicate goals/results to the organization.
2.13 Collaborate as needed with the marketing team to create compelling content and assets.
