A leading wealth management company is seeking a talented individual to join its team as a Senior Associate. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving key projects, shaping strategy, and facilitating change within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and implement opportunities for growth and improvement
Enhance relationship management functions and identify partnership opportunities
Collaborate with department heads to develop and execute strategic projects
Report on project progress to senior leadership
Stay up-to-date on wealth management and digital transformation best practices
Shape strategy and create actionable plans with senior management
Drive business process improvement and change management activities
Support senior leadership in delivering business plans
Analyze department structures and design solutions that align with strategic goals
Research market trends and their impact on investor demand for alternative investments
Contribute to team goals and support other team members
Qualifications:
3-5 years of management consulting experience, with a preference for financial services clients
Background in large-scale digital transformation and process optimization
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Management, or Economics from a top-tier academic institution
Higher education and professional qualifications preferred
Skills & Competencies:

Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (written and oral)
