Overview
The Country Manager will have the responsibility to manage the daily operations, as well as the execution of Logicom’s strategy, and the achievements of the Company’s objectives and deliverables in Bahrain.
Duties and Responsibilities
Setup and expand Logicom’s footprint / operation in Bahrain in line with the Company’s objectives, standards and guidelines, with the support and guidance of the Executive Management Team and / or other appointed Executive(s).
Build, enable and retain the Team by employing the appropriate, skilled and competent Resources in the right roles and positions.
Oversee the implementation and achievement of the corporate business objectives and strategies.
Assume complete ownership and delivery of the Company’s P&L budget.
Ensure the sound financial performance of the Company.
Develop and maintain solid / successful working relationships with key stakeholders, including Customers, Channel Partners and Vendors.
Act as the main ambassador of the Company, safeguard and promote its reputation in the market.
Assume the overall responsibility for the operational functioning of the Company.
Ensure Logicom’s Compliance and Governance policies as well as those of Logicom’s Vendors, are always adhered to.
Continuously take applicable measures to ensure the Company is in a leading market share position.
Drive high performance through leadership and continuous Team / Staff inspiration and motivation.
Oversee the deployment and execution of the Company’s policies locally, through coordination within the different divisions, in liaison with the relevant HO Teams whenever applicable.
Lead and orchestrate the activities both with internal (Sales, Product and Marketing Teams) and external (Partners and Vendors) stakeholders to design and implement effective and sophisticated marketing and sales strategies and plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
Assume the overall responsibility of account receivables (AR), maintain healthy DSO and WoS.
