Our client, one of the leading investment bank is seeking for a Manager Operational Risk position. The candidate will be responsible to:
Develop strategy for operational risk to meet
regulatory and business requirements
Develop, review and implementation of Operational Risk Management policy
⚫Design and maintaining operational risk framework
Mapping of business lines as per Basel guidelines
Developing stress testing framework
Develop and ensure implementation of policies. procedures, systems, operational risk management report
Identify and assess risks and controls
Conduct risk review in regard to new business products
Bahrain based candidates are preferred
