The Business Resilience Lead at Ingenico will assure that the company can continue to operate and continue to meet its legal and contractual obligations within acceptable levels of disruption in the case of adverse internal (e.g. system failure) or external (e.g. power loss, fire, supplier disruption, social disruption) events. This mission critical role calls for a seasoned BCM professional, who also has the skills to develop and manage our 3rd party due diligence framework and ensure that the vendors we work with are also part of the business continuity conversation at Ingenico.
Your Main Duties :
Define and lead the strategic direction of Ingenico’s business resilience framework and programs, including Business Continuity Management (BCM), which includes Incident Management, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery.
Lead the Global ISO22301 certification program.
Define and lead the global 3rd party Due Diligence framework.
Define and lead the strategic direction of a robust 3rd party due diligence framework and operational program.
Business Resilience & ISO22301 Certification Program
Lead and coordinate, in collaboration with other senior stakeholders, the operational aspects of the business resilience framework, including the reporting, analysis, and assessment of the framework profile and related ISO22301 obligations.
Partner with senior stakeholders in all regions to define and evolve the global business resilience governance structure in line with ISO22301 practices.
Ensure business impact analyses are conducted to identify critical activities, and that the link and connection between the different business areas and 3rd parties are included and aligned with ISO22301 guidance.
Ensure Business Continuity Plans and test schedules are established for identified critical activities and processes in line with ISO22301 guidance.
Ensure the organisation's business resilience framework and operational manual of Business Continuity Management documents are promoted, adopted and readily available, throughout the organisation.
Ensure crisis management is included in the business resilience manual and clearly sets out all operational practices, processes, procedures, and links to related tools that are essential for Ingenico to respond to a crisis, and in the event of a crisis, facilitate and, where appropriate, provide leadership to the crisis response.
Lead and coordinate the Ingenico ISO22031 certification program.
3rd Party Due Diligence
Lead and collaborate with various internal and external partners and functions to scope, develop, coordinate, implement, maintain, and improve all operational aspects of a resilient 3rd party due diligence framework.
Define the third party (clients, suppliers) due diligence framework and operational processes, methodologies, and tools to assure that new counterparties are vetted effectively, and existing counterparties are re-vetted on a regular basis, ensuring counterparties behave with integrity and will comply with anti-corruption/anti-fraud, sanctions, and ethical supply legislation.
Be the first point of contact with regards to third party due diligence topics, guiding and coordinating due diligence activities as well as offering advice and support on matters involving anti-fraud and anti-corruption issues for internal and external enquiries.
