MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Generate sales leads and acquire new customers.
Build strong & strategic relationships with existing & prospective customers
Meet & exceed monthly budgeted target
Plan a monthly cycle to visit existing and prospective customers
Conduct daily meetings with new prospects
Interact with customers positively to resolve customers' complaints
Understand your customers’ requirements and ensure they are met
Develop and generate sales from the new base toward the monthly target
Grow existing customers and migrate them into higher value tiers and into multiple services
Report competitor’s activity to his management
Keep a record of customer visits and update it daily
Prepare proposals and quotations for customers
Assure that all captured customers have signed the contract
Collect amounts due from assigned customers and avoid credit aging.
Coordinate with the finance department with respect to credit
Responsible for carrying out prospecting calls
Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships
Take ownership of customer issues and follow through till resolution
Represent the firm in negotiating and building relationships with shippers, carriers, and third-party suppliers
Perform Cold-calling and work to build a book of businesses.
QUALIFICATION:
5 years of experience as a Salesperson and a Proven Track record of target achievement
Proven experience in Warehouse and Logistics selling.
Experience with transportation (Domestic and Last Mile) and logistics industries.
B2B and B2C Sales experience for heavy and bulk Delivery.
Previous FFD experience is preferred.
